Pray Without Ceasing
Many people who step on the path of yoga think of it in terms of a private and secluded practice. Wherever you are during the day will be your place of meditation. At work in the field or washing dishes in the kitchen your state of heart and mind will decide whether you are in meditation. The Bible said to "pray without ceasing" (I Thess. 5:17). It takes this intensity to keep your focus and life line to the mountain top. One should meditate morning and evening, but it should not stop because you leave your meditation room. Thus you will be living in the presence and fulfilling your destined plan.
