| Within the cave of your heart is the sum of your being and the creative center of your universe. You must enter this cave and meditate, and you must bring to light and to life the qualities of love and compassion for the cave of the heart is a holy place. It is here that holy and divine beings will come. It is here that you will contact the divine essence of your being. It is here that you will discover the true and divine wisdom. It is here that you will find the entranceway to the mysteries. It is here that your star of destiny shines down upon you and guides you and protects you. |

Notes:From an earlier meditation exercise:
Go into the cave of the heart. It is a blue room with an altar and two chairs. The room is made of blue light and a star is at the zenith of the room. One chair is at the right hand of the altar. The other sits facing the altar. Walk across the room and be seated in the chair facing the altar. Invoke the light to descend. White beams of light will become a force field around you. |
