| Christ said, "Love your enemies. Bless those that despise you." What happens when you love your enemy? Every encounter you have is designed to help you transform your nature. A person who resents you will bring out your negative thoughtforms. Instead of passing judgment, if you meet this thought with a quality of love you move forward on the path to the Golden City. It is easy to love those that love you, but it takes the Christ within to love your enemy. |
Mantra: When I am focused with love every person I meet helps me to become like the Christ.

Notes:Meditation exercise: Visualize someone you do not like and say: My heart enfolds you. I love you and my heart enfolds you. I no longer resent you. This resentment was an illusion but now my soul (or higher self) comes forward to enfold you with intense love. Think of enfolding the person with your arms. |
